An agent came all the way from another state to make sure my claims were addressed and filed appropriately and in a timely manner. Yes, it took a while, but there were several issues to be addressed and several states were hit as well. Therefore, there were circumstances beyond our control. However, to this date every issue was addressed and fairly remunerated. Now I'm planning to ship my car overseas, and guess what, that is covered as well. One less worry for me.
